The imperatives of good communication

Over the years, I have come to the realization that African Governments need to communicate more effectively to rally their country men due to longtime perception problems and trust issues. Years of disappointments have made the Government farther from the people. While ethnic and religious sentiments divided the populace, the Government also has a huge problem of communicating it’s ideas, in a way, the people can understand. Just like a father that has teenage kids, African Governments needs to have a system of communication that is both intentional, and will permeate the society using culture and trends to reinforce it’s messages
